You guys had yet another massive success yesterday with the Mail Protector deployment. Excellent training and delivery! This only follows a survey completed a week ago that specific asked each employee, “Are you pleased with the support you need with helpdesk requests?” The response was a 97% “Strongly Agree”. I have been in the “C” role for over 25 years, and I have never seen such a positive response, ever. The survey represented every single department in the company.
