You guys had yet another massive success yesterday with the Mail Protector deployment. Excellent training and delivery! This only follows a survey completed a week ago that specific asked each employee, “Are you pleased with the support you need with helpdesk requests?” The response was a 97% “Strongly Agree”. I have been in the “C” role for over 25 years, and I have never seen such a positive response, ever. The survey represented every single department in the company. Our CFO often gives me grief with my Venture Pointe spend but he always ends the sentence with, “you made a damn good decision – those guys are great”.
